Research Services

We can help with your research in the records of the Silvio O. Conte National Archives and welcome your queries. 

Our minimum charge is $45 for up to three hours, $15 for each additional hour plus the cost of copies.

Volunteers at the National Archives

The volunteer staff is vital to fulfilling the mission of the Archives which hosts over 10,000 researchers annually,
with only two full time employees.

Volunteers

  • carry out special projects such as creating indexes and proofing the 1930 census 

  • assist visitors in the microfilm research room

  • run the Bookstore

  • produce the quarterly, Archival Anecdotes

  • produce this web site

  • and receive training and other benefits.
