Who are the Friends of
the Archives? What do we offer?
Research Assistance

We support the
National Archives volunteer program that provides trained individuals to help
you with your research.

We offer a research
service if you are unable to come to the Archives. Minimum charge, $45
for up to three hours, $15 for each additional hour. We welcome your
e-mail queries.
Workshops

We host an annual full-day
genealogy conference.

We provide workshops
to develop your skills and knowledge in genealogical research.

offer orientation programs, tours of the NARA-Pittsfield facility, demonstrations and lectures.
